The seal-tec^® line of products distinguishes itself through its high quality and large selection. The excellent mineral-based, predominantly refined products are sold worldwide by I.S.T. GmbH.

The products, in some cases free of competition (xPress^®, POLYFILL^®), have outstanding properties. Many seal-tec products were originally developed at the company Woellner Ombran. After the closure of the Ombran branch of the Woellner consortium, numerous employees in influential positions (particularly from development and application) joined up with seal-tec^®. On a daily basis, existing products are improved while new additions are regularly added to the selection. A result of this highly intensive development is apparent in the material POLYFILL^®, amongst others, which have unique properties highly advantageous for rehabilitation amidst aggressive media (in waste water treatment plants, separators and tanks of all sorts). For some time now, POLYFILL^® has been certified by the German Institute of Construction Technology (DIBt).

Cleaning Agents

	seal-tec^® SP-CL Cleaner concentrate for pre-treating oily and slightly greasy mineral based substrates.

Sealants

Repair Mortars

	seal-tec^® RM-B Fast-setting, non-splitting repair mortar for the restoration of concrete from chunking, unevenness and flaws.
	seal-tec^® RM-FR All-purpose dry mortar for the repair, installation and sealing of manhole rings as well as bonding of brickwork and rehabilitating joints by hand.
	seal-tec^® RM-R Fast-setting repair mortar for moist areas to address flaws in waste water facilities, installation/sealing of manhole rings and filling of cavities.
	seal-tec^® SP-FG Mineral-based protection from corrosion and bonding agent.

Coatings

	seal-tec^® BS-SB grau, seal-tec^® BS-SB weiß, seal-tec^® BS-HD Mineral-based slurry sealant (grey or white-coloured) with a high resistance to sulphate for the sealing of waste water facilities; withstands water pressure up to 1.5 or 7 (BS-HD) bars.
	seal-tec^® ELS Elasticised and synthetic-reinforced fine mineral-based slurry for bridging cracks as wide as 0.6 mm and sealing surfaces of recessed, water-charged facilities.
	seal-tec^® POLYCOAT^® Polymer/silicate resin coating system for sewers and waste water facilities, with very high resistance to chemical stress and temperature-resistant to + 200 °C.
	seal-tec^® POLYFILL^® Polymer/silicate resin coating system for separators, manhole pits, sewers and waste water facilities; resistant to very high chemical and mechanical stresses and temperatures up to + 250 °C.
	seal-tec^® Silicate Mortar Mineral-based silicate mortar with increased chemical resistance for the coating of manholes, conduits and receptacles; can be used in moist areas.
