The Concrete process - pillar rehabilitation through filling with cement mortar. Process characterisation The Strobel® system has been successfully used, since the beginning of 1996, here in Germany and in Switzerland. This process simplifies the complex technique of support rehabilitation. In comparison to the KA-TE and SIKA®, this system does not involve a self propelled robot, but a packer system that is simple, though sturdily built.
